RALA improves the quality of construction in Finland
RALA was founded in 1997 by 17 real estate and construction organizations. The intention was to form an objective expert organization striving to develop the quality, responsibility, and transparency of construction practices and the built environment in Finland.
The needs and expectations of stakeholders are at the core of RALA's operations. We serve our clients and member organizations reliably, efficiently, and with expertise. We expect the same from our client companies since we consider reliability the basis for respectable high-quality construction operations. The RALA quality factor is created by our knowledgeable staff of experts. Through external auditing, we regularly monitor, measure, and develop the quality of our own operations as well.
RALA gathers, interprets, and publishes transparent information about construction companies' reliability and ability to create quality. The produced information is equally useful to construction project buyers, companies operating in the field, and eventual users. Additionally, we share functional and responsible solutions and expert advice within the field.
Our aim is to hold the position of leading expert organization in addition to provider, and interpreter of quality information on construction quality in Finland.
To conclude, quality is the responsible choice and we aim to improve it together in affiliation with our interest groups, since we believe quality construction strengthens the well-being of society as a whole.
